Distributions of Notices and Documents. The Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Agent's receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Agent pursuant to this Agreement other than routine communications associated with requests for Advances or determinations of Collateral eligibility, other routine or nonmaterial communications, notices or documents required by any of Loan Documents to be furnished directly to the Lenders by the Borrowers, or of which the Agent has knowledge that such notice or document otherwise had been forwarded directly to the Lenders other than by the Agent.

  • Mailing of Notices, etc All notices and other communications from the Company to the Registered Holder shall be mailed by first-class certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the address last furnished to the Company in writing by the Registered Holder. All notices and other communications from the Registered Holder or in connection herewith to the Company shall be mailed by first-class certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the Company at its principal office set forth below.
