(a) Except as provided in Section 7.05(b) or (c), on each Distribution Date, the Indenture Trustee, at the Servicer’s direction, will make the following allocations and distributions of Available Monies in the following order of priority: to the Mandatory Redemption Subaccount in the Note Distribution Account to the Noteholders, the amount of any Mandatory Redemption (which amounts are available for payment of such Mandatory Redemptions and not for any other purpose) which amount shall be paid in the following order of priority: first, to the Class A-1 Noteholders until the Class A-1 Notes are paid in full, second, any remaining amount shall be paid to the Class A-2 Noteholders until the Class A-2 Notes are paid in full, third, any remaining amount shall be paid to the Class A-3 Noteholders until the Class A-3 Notes are paid in full, fourth, any remaining amount shall be paid to the Class A-4 Noteholders until the Class A-4 Notes are paid in full, fifth, any remaining amount shall be paid to the Class B Noteholders until the Class B Notes are paid in full, sixth, any remaining amount shall be paid to the Class C Noteholders until the Class C Notes are paid in full and seventh, any remaining amount shall be paid to the Class D Noteholders until the Class D Notes are paid in full;
