District Contribution is Automatic Clause Samples

The 'District Contribution is Automatic' clause establishes that the district's financial contribution to a project or agreement is triggered automatically, without the need for additional approvals or actions once certain conditions are met. In practice, this means that when predefined criteria—such as project milestones or funding requirements—are satisfied, the district's payment or resource allocation is released as stipulated. This clause ensures timely and predictable funding, reducing administrative delays and providing certainty to all parties involved.

This credit will be allowed in addition to any tax deduction that may apply, and may not exceed $1,000 in a given year. You may be eligible for this tax credit if you are • age 18 or older as of the close of the taxable year, • not a dependent of another taxpayer, and • not a full-time student. The credit is based upon your income (see chart below), and will range from 0 to 50 percent of eligible contributions. The testing period begins two years prior to the year for which the credit is sought and ends on the tax return due date (including extensions) for the year for which the credit is sought.
