District The public agency or the school district for which the Work is performed. The governing board of the District or its designees will act for the District in all matters pertaining to the Contract. The District may, at any time:
Courts The parties agree that the State and Federal courts in The City of New York shall have jurisdiction for purposes of enforcement of their agreement to submit Disputes to arbitration and of any award of the Arbitrator.
MAGISTRATE’S COURT JURISDICTION The Parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court in terms of Section 45 read with Section 28 of the Magistrates’ Court Act of 1944 as amended. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, this shall not preclude either Party from approaching the High Court of South Africa for any relief sought. This Agreement shall further be governed in terms of the law of the Republic of South Africa.
Competent Court The Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this offer to purchase.
Court of Jurisdiction Both DBS and the Member agree that the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive court of jurisdiction in the first instance in any dispute and/ or legal action relating to the rights and obligations under this Agreement or an Individual Contract. JURISDICTION & VENUE In the event that any action is brought to enforce any provision of this Master Contract, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Xxxxxxxx County Superior Court for the State of Washington and agree that in any such action venue shall lie exclusively at Olympia, Washington.
Arbitrator's Jurisdiction The jurisdiction and authority of the arbitrator and his opinion and award shall be confined exclusively to the interpretation and/or application of the provision(s) of this Agreement at issue between the Union and the Administration. The arbitrator shall have no authority to add to, detract from, alter, amend, or modify any provision of this Agreement; to impose on either party a limitation or obligation not explicitly provided for in this Agreement; or to establish or alter any wage rate or wage structure. The arbitrator shall not hear or decide more than one grievance without the mutual consent of the Administration and the Union. The written award of the arbitrator on the merits of any grievance adjudicated within his jurisdiction and authority shall be final and binding on the aggrieved employee, the Union and the Administration, unless either party contests it before a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by state law.
Jurisdiction and Venue This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the parties hereto agree that venue shall be in Marin County, California.
Enforcement and Venue This Contract shall be enforceable in Georgetown, Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas, and if legal action is necessary by either party with respect to the enforcement of any or all of the terms or conditions herein, exclusive venue for same shall lie in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and court decisions of the State of Texas excluding, however, its choice of law rules.
Legal venue The terms and conditions of this Contract shall be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Colorado. If any legal action is necessary to enforce the terms and conditions of this Contract, the parties agree that the jurisdiction and venue for bringing such action shall be in the appropriate court in Xxxxxxxxx County, Colorado. The prevailing party in any action to enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall collect all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in such action, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees
