District Duty. The District is not obligated to reappoint or reemploy an annual contract 24 teacher who fails to meet the requirements of the above paragraphs. The District is not 25 obligated to reappoint or reemploy an annual contract teacher that fails to meet the 26 requirements of the above paragraphs at the time of contract renewal due to an ineffective 27 manager’s evaluation, but later becomes effective following the release of Value Added 28 Model (VAM) ratings.
