District Leadership Needs. There are District needs which are met by building level staff. Unless otherwise noted, the per diem stipends will be prorated to the individual’s FTE. The selection process for staff members qualified to receive stipends in this section for District leadership responsibilities shall not be subject to the procedures outlined in Article IV
