Common use of District Mandated Meetings Clause in Contracts

District Mandated Meetings. CONTRACTOR shall attend District mandated meetings when legal mandates and/or LEA policy and procedures are reviewed, as provided in the Master Contract, during the period of school closure or operating sessions of shorter length than otherwise prescribed by law. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA or District mandated meetings regarding ensuring continuity of special education and related services to LEA pupils during the period of school closure or operating sessions of shorter length than otherwise prescribed by law.
