If the contractor maintains higher limits than the minimums shown above, the District requires and shall be entitled to coverage for the higher limits maintained by the contractor. No professional liability policy written on an occurrence form will include a sunset or similar clause that limits coverage unless such clause provides coverage for at least two years after the expiration or cancellation of the policy.
