School Grade Levels. The School may serve students in grades K-8 at 0000 Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 school building in one location within the geographic boundaries of the District.
School Grade Levels. The School may serve students in grades 7 through grade 12. The anticipated number of students in each grade level shall be as set forth in the Renewal Application.
School Grade Levels. The School may serve students in grade K-8.
School Grade Levels. The School serves students in grades 9-12, and may expand such services to other grade levels as the School may request from time to time. The School shall make any such request to the District in accordance with District policy and procedures. The District agrees that its approval of any such request shall not be unreasonably withheld.
School Grade Levels. In accordance with its Charter, which is expressly incorporated by reference, the School will serve students in grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. The School shall grow to a Kindergarten through Eighth Grade school by adding one grade level each year. The School shall not be permitted to modify the grade levels it serves without prior written approval of the Sponsor.
School Grade Levels. The School may operate one brick and mortar school within the geographic boundaries of the District for students in grades 9-12 and up to 200, 9th – 12th grade homeschool students, as defined in Sections 5.3 and 5.5 respectively below. If the School desires to expand to serve additional grade levels at the School location, the School shall submit a request to amend this Contract, or submit the same as part of a renewal application, in accordance with applicable law and District policy. If the School desires to replicate the School at a different location, a new charter application shall be submitted.
School Grade Levels. The School may serve students in Grades 9-12. The anticipated number of students in each grade level shall be as set forth in the Transfer Application.

School Grade Levels. The School may serve students in grades K through grade 8th at final build-out. The anticipated number of students in each grade level shall be as set forth in the New School Application.
