Diving Regulations. i. Any marine diving that may be required in connection with work under the jurisdiction of this Agreement shall be performed by hard hat or scuba divers of the United Brotherhood. A diver will receive a “wet” day for any time in the water up to a maximum of eight (8) hours. All time in excess of eight (8) hours for which a diver dives will be paid according to the appropriate overtime provisions in the Local Agreement.
