SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES (1) Differences arising out of the interpretation, operation and implementation of this Agreement, at any and all levels of participation, will be settled amicably through consultation between the Parties.
Authority to Enter Into Settlement Agreement 5.1 CAG represents that its signatory to this Settlement Agreement has full authority to enter into and legally bind CAG to this Settlement Agreement.
PRINTING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 33.01 Provided the parties execute the Collective Agreement within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the parties shall share on a 50/50 basis the cost of printing and distributing of such agreements to the appropriate bargaining unit and management staff. The sixty (60) day time period may be extended by mutual agreement.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the [Apartment/Plot] bears to the total carpet area of all the [Apartments/Plots] in the Project.

Application of Settlement Agreement 10.1 This Settlement Agreement shall apply to, be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, CAG and the Releasees and Downstream Releasees identified in Section 2 above.
Printing of Collective Agreement The Hospital and Union agree that the cost of printing the collective agreements will be shared equally between the parties. The Union will be responsible for having the collective agreements printed in booklet format within sixty (60) days of its signing by both parties.
Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
Resolution of Differences Differences between the Employer and the Union as to the interpretation or application of the provisions of the Trust Agreement relating to employee benefits shall not be subject to the grievance or arbitration procedure established in any collective bargaining agreement. All such differences shall be resolved in the manner specified in the Trust Agreement.
EXECUTION OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT 37. This Settlement Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts which together shall constitute a binding agreement.
