Saturation Diving. Saturation Divers will be paid the current Divers Stand-By rate until saturation starts. Once under pressure, the rate will be 24 times the straight time Diver pay rate plus applicable depth pay. The pay remains the same for either on dive or dive days. This rate constitutes payment for the entire 24-hour period measured from midnight to midnight.

Saturation Diving. Consists of diver diving under pressure continuously until work task is complete and then decompressing at a saturation decompression profile. It shall be permissible to saturate two (2) divers to complete work task in single xxxx run that prohibits short duration diving with a minimum crew of ten (10) men/women. On saturation work, where two (2) divers, but not more than four (4) divers, are required to be saturated, the minimum crew to maintain the operation around the clock will be four- teen (14) employees. The number of crew needed for this operation shall be consistent with the job require- ments and the safety requirement. Saturation Crew Breakdown:
Saturation Diving. Daily compensation for the divers shall be figured for a base pay of (24 X ST wet pay rate) plus 60¢ per ft. or pressure per diver per 24 hours (midnight to midnight) from surface (wet or dry). Depth pay is to be calculated from the greatest depth obtained by the diver during the 24-hour period (midnight to midnight).

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.

  • Utilization Scale STATE shall scale logs or portions of logs that are broken, wasted, or not removed by PURCHASER due to: (1) improper felling or bucking of the logs; (2) failure to remove the logs prior to deterioration; and (3) logs remaining on the timber sale area after completion of logging, provided the logs were merchantable prior to breakage or wastage. Material used to meet down material requirements in the section titled, "Reserved Timber," shall not be considered for utilization scale. PURCHASER shall pay for the logs at the contract price designated in Section 44. STATE shall notify PURCHASER of the volume of logs so scaled. Payment shall be considered due on such volume as if the logs were removed on the date of said notification. In the event PURCHASER disagrees with the findings made by STATE under this section, PURCHASER may furnish scaling by a third-party scaling organization acceptable to STATE. Costs and expenses of such third party shall be paid for by PURCHASER, and the findings of the third party shall be final.
