If the grievance is not resolved by the immediate supervisor, the grievant may file a written appeal with the grievant’s Division Manager, to be submitted within 10 working days of receipt of the decision of the immediate supervisor. The written grievance shall set forth forth (a) the facts,, (b) applicable MOU provisions, rules or practices, (c) exhibits and (d) requested remedy. The Division Manager shall thereafter meet with the grievant and attempt to resolve the matter. The Division Manager shall provide a written decision to the grievant, within 10 working days of the meeting.
