(a) you are a residential customer; or
(b) you are a business customer who is a small customer; and
(c) you request us to sell energy to you at your premises; and
(d) you are not being sold energy for the premises under a market retail contract.
DO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOU. 3.1 These are our terms and conditions This contract sets out the terms and conditions for a standard retail contract for a small customer under the National Energy Retail Law and the Rules.
3.2 Application of these terms and conditions These terms and conditions apply to you if:
a. you are a residential customer; or
b. you are a business customer who is a small customer; and
c. you request us to sell energy to you at your premises; and
d. you are not being sold energy for the premises under a market retail contract.
3.3 Electricity or gas Standard retail contracts apply to electricity and gas, but some terms may be expressed to apply only to one or the other. If we are your retailer for both electricity and gas, you have a separate contract with us for each of them.

(a) These Contract Terms and Conditions set out the general terms and conditions of this Contract.
(b) The Explanation of Benefits provides an explanation of all of the Benefits we offer under our different market retail contract offers. The Benefits applicable to you under this Contract will be specified in your Energy Plan Details.
(c) Your Energy Plan Details sets out other terms and conditions of this Contract, including the specific Benefits, tariffs and charges, and any period that tariffs and charges may be fixed, that apply to you under this Contract.

3.2 Application of these terms and conditions These terms and conditions apply to you if:
(a) you are a residential consumer; or
(b) you are a business consumer; and
(c) you consent to us selling electricity to you at your premises.

3.1 These are our terms and conditions This contract sets out the terms and conditions for the standard connection contract for customers under the National Energy Retail Law and the Rules.
3.2 Does this contract apply to you? This contract applies to you if your premises are connected to our distribution system, and you do not have another customer connection contract with us for those premises.
3.3 What if I need a new connection? If you require a new connection or an alteration to your existing connection we will provide you with a connection offer in accordance with either the National Electricity Rules (for an electricity connection) or the National Gas
3.4 Electricity or gas Standard connection contracts apply to electricity and gas, but some terms are expressed to apply only to one or the other. Our distribution system is an electricity distribution system.

(b) Your Market Retail Contract Agreement Schedule sets out other terms and conditions of this Contract, including the specific tariffs and charges that apply to you under this Contract.

(a) you are a residential customer; or
(b) you are a business customer who is a small customer; or
(c) you are not a small customer; and
(d) you have accepted one of our market offers (all of which include these Contract Terms and Conditions) to supply energy to you.
DO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOU. 3.1 These are our terms and conditions This contract sets out the terms and conditions for Endeavour Energy's deemed AER approved standard connection contract for large customers under the National Energy Retail Law and the Rules.
3.2 Does this contract apply to you? This contract applies to you if:
(a) your premises are business premises connected to our distribution system;
(b) you are a large customer in respect of those business premises; and
(c) you do not have a negotiated customer connection contract with us.
3.3 What if I need a new connection? If you require a new connection to our distribution system or an alteration to your existing connection we will provide you with a connection offer in accordance with the National Electricity Rules. That offer will contain terms and conditions relevant to the connection, which will form additional terms and conditions to this contract if you agree to the connection offer.
