DOC and SMC on the Drawdown Date of the Advance relevant to a Ship, the Operator will have a DOC for itself and an SMC in respect of such Ship; and
DOC and SMC. (i) a certified copy of the DOC issued to the Operator of the Vessel and (ii) a certified copy of the SMC for the Vessel;
DOC and SMC on the Delivery Date of a Ship the Operator will have a DOC for itself and an SMC in respect of such Ship;
DOC and SMC copies of (i) the DOC referred to in paragraph (a) in the definition of the ISM Code Documentation and (ii) of the SMC for the Vessel, certified as true and complete by the legal counsel of the Borrower;
DOC and SMC the Operator has obtained a DOC for itself and an SMC in respect of each of the Vessels;
DOC and SMC true copy of the DOC of the Operator of the relevant Ship and either (a) a certified true copy of the SMC for the relevant Ship or (b) evidence satisfactory to the Facility Agent that the Operator for the relevant Ship has applied to the relevant Regulatory Agency for an SMC for such Ship to be issued pursuant to the ISM Code within any time-limit required or recommended by such Regulatory Agency;
DOC and SMC a certified copy of the DOC and a certified copy of the SMC for the Ship issued pursuant to the Code;
DOC and SMC in relation to each Vessel the DOC applicable to their respective Approved Technical Manager and the SMC applicable to that Vessel are presently in full effect;
DOC and SMC the Operator has a DOC for itself and an SMC in respect of the Ship; and
DOC and SMC the Operator complies with the requirements of the ISM Code, has obtained a DOC for itself, and in relation to each Vessel, has obtained an SMC in respect of such Vessel issued pursuant to the ISM Code
