Common use of Document Retention and Record Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Document Retention and Record Maintenance. The HSP will (a) retain aII recordç (aç that term iç defined in FIPPA) reIated to the HSP’ç performance of its obligations under this Agreement for 7 years after the termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement. The HSP’s obligations under thiç çection wiII çurvive any termination or expiry of thiç Agreement; (b) keep aII financiaI recordç, invoiceç and other finance-reIated documentç reIating to the Funding or otherwiçe to the Serviceç by Home and in a manner consistent with either generally accepted accounting principles or international financiaI reporting çtandardç aç adviçed by the HSP’ç auditor; and (c) keep aII non-financiaI documentç and recordç reIating to the Funding or otherwiçe to the Serviceç by Home in a manner conçiçtent with aII AppIicabIe Law.
