Document Retention and Record Maintenance. The HSP agrees: (i) that it will retain all records (as that term is defined in the Freedom of Information and the Protection of Privacy Act) related to the HSP’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement for seven (7) years after the termination or expiration of the term of the Agreement. The HSP’s obligations under this paragraph will survive any termination or expiry of the Agreement; (ii) all financial records, invoices and other financially-related documents relating to the Funding or otherwise to the Services will be kept in a manner consistent with generally accepted accounting principles and clerical practices; and (iii) all non-financial documents and records relating to the Funding or otherwise to the Services will be kept in a manner consistent with all Applicable Law.
