Common use of Documentation License Clause in Contracts

Documentation License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, Provider hereby grants to Customer a non‐exclusive, non‐sublicensable, non‐transferable license to use the Documentation solely for Customer's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Software Services.
