Common use of Documentation License Clause in Contracts

Documentation License. Provider hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 11(f)) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.

Documentation License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, Provider hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusivenon‐exclusive, revocablenon‐sublicensable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 11(f)) non‐transferable license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Software Services.

Provider hereby grants to Customer Client a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-non- transferable (except in compliance with Section 11(f)15.8) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer's Client’s internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Software Services.

Documentation License. Provider hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as set forth in compliance with Section 11(f)15.8) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.

Documentation License. Provider hereby grants to Customer and End User a non-non- exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensablesublicenseable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 11(f)16.8) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for CustomerCustomer and End User's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.

Provider Submittable hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 11(f)) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Customer's internal business purposes in connection with its Customer’s use of the Services.
