Country of Origin Marking. 1. Each Party shall apply to the goods of another Party, where relevant, its legislation on country of origin markings, in accordance with Article IX of the GATT 1994. To that end, Article IX of the GATT 1994 is incorporated into and made an integral part of this Agreement.
Country of Origin Marking. 1. The Parties confirm their rights and obligations under Article IX of GATT 1994 and any successor agreement.
Country of Origin Marking. Notwithstanding language to the contrary in the applicable contract, the following provisions shall apply relating to Country of Origin marking. Requirement: Every article of foreign origin imported into the United States shall be marked with the country of origin in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations 19CFR134. Since all Boeing imported parts are subject to delivery to the ultimate consumer, in addition to 19CFR134, Boeing requires marking of all foreign origin imported parts, on the innermost package and outer shipping container. Very limited exceptions are allowed in accordance with Customs regulations (see below). For any other exceptions, non-US suppliers must submit exception requests to the appropriate Boeing procurement agent prior to shipment, who will then forward to Global Trade Controls (GTC) Import for approval. Rubber stamp and other surface marking methods, including inks, paints, and coatings, shall be used in accordance with this specification. Intrusive methods are not authorized. Location and part xxxx method shall be consistent with drawing part xxxx requirements, if applicable. The marking shall consist of the following, as applicable:
Country of Origin Marking. The Annex to this article applies to measures relating to the country of origin marking.
Country of Origin Marking. Supplier will xxxx each OEM Product, or the container if there is no room on the OEM Product, with the country of origin. Supplier will, in marking OEM Products, comply with the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt.
Country of Origin Marking. The Supplier will xxxx the containers, in English, as well as all Products with the Country of Origin, in compliance with Section 304 of the United States Tariff Act. If the Product itself cannot be marked legibly due to size, then its immediate container must be marked with a signed certificate stating Country of Origin (manufacture) by quantity and part number (HP’s and Supplier’s).
Country of Origin Marking. Agilent will xxxx each Array Product with the country of origin. Agilent will, in marking such products, comply with the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt.
Country of Origin Marking. 1. The Parties shall establish by January 1, 1994, rules for determining whether a good is a good of a Party ("Marking Rules") for purposes of this Annex, Annex 300-B and Annex 302.2, and for such other purposes as the Parties may agree.
Country of Origin Marking. Manufacturer shall xxxx the country of origin on all material containers in accordance with Purchaser’s instructions and applicable Law.
