Common use of Documentation License Clause in Contracts

Documentation License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ChildPlus hereby grants to User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable right and license during the License Term to make copies of the Documentation provided by ChildPlus, solely for User’s internal use by Authorized Users. User acknowledges that no right is granted to modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, publish, create derivative works or distribute the Documentation without the prior written approval of ChildPlus.

Documentation License. User acknowledges that no right is granted to Licensee shall not modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, publish, create derivative works or distribute the Documentation without the prior written approval of ChildPlus.
