7.8.1 (2) In collaboration with the other members of the Project Team, the Construction Manager shall establish and implement procedures for expediting the processing and Project Architect’s of any Design Consultants’ approval of shop drawings and other submissions submissions, and in accordance with the Project specifications.
7.8.2 Receive Specifications, as applicable. Construction Manager shall receive from the Subcontractors Subcontractors, and review all shop drawings and other submissions for conformance with the Contract Documents. Coordinate Construction Manager shall coordinate shop drawings and other submissions with the Contract Documents and other related documents prior to transmitting them to other members of the Project Team.
7.8.3 Record (3) The Construction Manager shall record in writing the progress of the Project, submit written progress reports to the other members of the Project TeamTeam on a monthly basis (or on such more frequent basis as the Owner may reasonably require), including information on the Subcontractors’ Subcontractor Work and the percentage of completion, and keep a daily log of Project construction activities available to the other members of the Project Team in accordance with the UGC and SGC, and deliver the Team; which daily logs shall be submitted to the Owner no less frequently than weekly for the immediately preceding week.
7.8.4 Maintain (4) The Construction Manager shall maintain at the Project site and make available to Owner, updated records of Subcontracts, drawings, a current set of as-built Drawings and Specifications, examples, purchases, materials, equipment, maintenance and operating manuals and instructions, and other construction related documents, including all changes and revisions, a directory of personnel, Project correspondence, inspection procedures (as prepared by the entities conducting inspectionsothers), testing laboratory procedures (as prepared by the testing laboratoriesothers), contract changes, time extensions, progress payment data, Final Acceptance final acceptance procedures, and instructions from Owner; and shall obtain data from Subcontractors and maintain a current set of record drawings and the Project Manual.

Documents, Shop Drawings, and Submissions. Project Architect (1) The Design Consultant shall be the interpreter of the design intent of the Construction Contract Documents, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Project Architect the Design Consultant and the Owner; , provided, however, Contractor the Construction Manager shall request such interpretations from Project Architectthe Design Consultant, with Owner consent, from time to time in order to facilitate Contractorthe Construction Manager’s accomplishment of its duties under this Agreement. In the event Contractor believes the interpretation of Project Architect is not reasonably inferable from the design documents and/or not in conformance with industry standards and said interpretation increases the cost and/or extends the construction schedule, then Contractor may request dispute resolution in accordance with the UGC. (7) Construction Manager shall submit to Owner all documents substantiating payments to qualifying M/WBE in a format designated by Owner.
(8) Construction Manager shall document and submit to the form stated in, the UGC and SGC describing Owner all changes or deviations from the Construction Documents that occurred during construction and that reflect the actual “As Built” conditions of the completed Workdocuments reasonably required to support Owner’s efforts to obtain LEED® points and/or certification.
