Sex Offender Registration. This Agreement is conditioned upon Purchaser’s satisfaction with Purchaser’s investigation of public records available pursuant to any applicable sex offender registration and/or notification laws within five (5) days from Acceptance. In the event that Purchaser’s investigation uncovers unsatisfactory information, Purchaser may terminate this Agreement prior to the expiration of the five (5) day investigation period and the termination procedures of Paragraph 21 shall apply.

Sex Offender Registration. The Provider shall review the list of registered sex offenders at the Department of Public Safety’s (DPS’s) website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx to verify that none of its employees or prospective employees being considered for hiring appear on the list, and Provider shall notify the District of any employee, prospective employee, subcontractor or subcontractor employee who appears on such list and such person shall not be permitted by Provider to enter any District premises or building or site in connection with the services contracted under this MOU.

Sex Offender Registration. 20 Defendant understands that by pleading guilty, defendant will be required to register as a sex 21 offender upon his release from prison as a condition of supervised release pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 22 3583(d). The defendant shall provide proof of registration to the Probation Officer 10 within 72 hours of release from imprisonment.
