  • Section 508 Compliance All information technology which, pursuant to this Contract, is purchased or upgraded by or for the use of the University (the “Technology”) shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended. If requested, the Contractor must provide a detailed explanation of how compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act is achieved and a validation of concept demonstration. The requirements of this Paragraph along with the Non-Visual Access to Technology clause below shall be construed to achieve full compliance with the Information Technology Access Act, §§ 2.2-3500 through 2.2-3504 of the Code of Virginia.

(“CEQA”) in connection with the Project, and no further environmental review of the Project is necessary pursuant to CEQA before the construction of the Project may commence.

  • FERPA Compliance In connection with all FERPA Records that Contractor may create, receive or maintain on behalf of University pursuant to the Underlying Agreement, Contractor is designated as a University Official with a legitimate educational interest in and with respect to such FERPA Records, only to the extent to which Contractor (a) is required to create, receive or maintain FERPA Records to carry out the Underlying Agreement, and (b) understands and agrees to all of the following terms and conditions without reservation:

  • Certification of Compliance The Owner may permit the use, prior to sampling and testing, of certain materials or assemblies when accompanied by manufacturer's certificates of compliance stating that such materials or assemblies fully comply with the requirements of the contract. The certificate shall be signed by the manufacturer. Each lot of such materials or assemblies delivered to the work must be accompanied by a certificate of compliance in which the lot is clearly identified. Materials or assemblies used on the basis of certificates of compliance may be sampled and tested at any time and if found not to be in conformity with contract requirements will be subject to rejection whether in place or not. The form and distribution of certificates of compliance shall be as approved by the Owner. When a material or assembly is specified by "brand name or equal" and the Contractor elects to furnish the specified "brand name", the Contractor shall be required to furnish the manufacturer's certificate of compliance for each lot of such material or assembly delivered to the work. Such certificate of compliance shall clearly identify each lot delivered and shall certify as to:

  • HIPAA Compliance If this Contract involves services, activities or products subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Contractor covenants that it will appropriately safeguard Protected Health Information (defined in 45 CFR 160.103), and agrees that it is subject to, and shall comply with, the provisions of 45 CFR 164 Subpart E regarding use and disclosure of Protected Health Information.

  • Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested.

  • OSHA Compliance To the extent applicable to the services to be performed under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants, that all articles and services furnished under this Agreement meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law (Public Law 91-596) and its regulations in effect or proposed as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Obligations to Obtain and Exchange Information with Respect to Reportable Accounts 1. Subject to the provisions of Article 3 of this Agreement, each Party shall obtain the information specified in paragraph 2 of this Article with respect to all Reportable Accounts and shall annually exchange this information with the other Party on an automatic basis pursuant to the provisions of Article 26 of the Convention.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish a report of all services provided under the Contract during each quarterly period, no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each quarter. Purchases by Non-State agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. A template for such report is included herein as Attachment 5 – Report of Contract Usage. The report must be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2003 (or as otherwise directed by OGS), via electronic mail to the attention of the individual identified on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, the Award Number, Contract Number, sales period, and Contractor’s (or other authorized agent) name, and all other fields required, using the report template provided. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template. Additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied within 30 days upon request.
