Dollar Coverage. ‌ Hail Endorsement coverage applies to the entire acreage of the Insured Crop and at the same Dollar Coverage per Acre as provided under the annual crop insurance Policy. When the Insured Crop suffers a loss of 10 percent or more, the Insured is eligible for a payment based on the percentage of loss on the damaged acres.
Dollar Coverage. ‌ Each Risk Area has an Area Normal Yield for each hay crop type. Eighty percent of the Area Normal Yield is used as the base yield for each Insured Crop. Dollar Coverage is determined by multiplying the based yield by 15 percent and by the Spring Insurance Price high price option for hay.

  • Other Coverage Borrower shall provide to Lender evidence of such other reasonable insurance in such reasonable amounts as Lender may from time to time request against such other insurable hazards which at the time are commonly insured against for property similar to the subject Property located in or around the region in which the subject Property is located. Such coverage requirements may include but are not limited to coverage for earthquake, acts of terrorism, business income, delayed business income, rental loss, sink hole, soft costs, tenant improvement or environmental.

  • FLOOR COVERING Lessee shall not lay linoleum or other similar floor covering so that the same shall come in direct contact with the floor of the Premises. If linoleum or other similar floor covering is desired to be used, an interlining of builder's deadening felt shall first be fixed to the floor by a paste or other material that may easily be removed with water, the use of cement or other similar adhesive material being expressly prohibited.

  • Interest Coverage As of the end of any fiscal quarter, the Borrowers will not permit the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDA to (b) Consolidated Cash Interest Expense for the four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters then ending to be less than 4.25:1.

  • Minimum Interest Coverage The Borrower will not permit the ratio of EBITDA to Consolidated Interest Expense as at any fiscal quarter end for the four fiscal quarters then ending to be less than 3.00 to 1.0.

  • Continuation Coverage Consistent with state and federal laws, certain employees, former employees, dependents, and former dependents may continue group health, dental, and/or life coverage at their own expense for a fixed length of time. As of the date of this Agreement, state and federal laws allow certain group coverages to be continued if they would otherwise terminate due to:

This Section shall in no event be construed to require that additional insured insurance coverage be provided to a greater extent than permitted under the statutes or public policy governed under State law. Certificates of Insurance. Certificates of insurance, and the required additional insured and other endorsements, including waivers of subrogation shall be furnished to Contractor before the performance of any Services.
