Domain Name Transfer. Registrar agrees to pay US $4.65, plus a US $0.75 ICANN fee, per domain name that is transferred to Registrar from another ICANN-Accredited Registrar, or such other amount as may be established in accordance with Section 5.1(b) above.

Domain Name Transfer. Subject to the terms of this Stairmaster Technology Agreement, Nautilus hereby assigns the Stairmaster Domain Names to Buyer. Buyer agrees to only use the domain names in connection with websites selling Stairmaster Products in the Commercial Channel and/or the Permitted Retail Channel.
Domain Name Transfer. Assignor will do all things necessary, proper or advisable to reasonably assist Assignee in transferring and updating the registrations for all domain names that are Purchased Assets, including as applicable, placing each of the domain names in “unlocked” status and providing to Assignee the Internet domain name registrars’ transfer authorization codes for each of the domain names and any other information required to effectuate the transfer of Assignor’s right, title and interest in the domain names, together with all registrations therefor, to Assignee.
Domain Name Transfer. The transfer of the Domain Name to another Registrar shall be operated in accordance with the applicable Registry Policy as well as all other Policies applicable to the Extension or in the absence of such, in accordance with Namespace' own procedures. The Customer explicitly authorizes Namespace to act as their Designated Agent, as stipulated by the ICANN Transfer Policy, to approve a Change of Registrant on their behalf. Namespace shall accept any Domain Name transfer request insofar as such request is communicated to Namespace via the Customer Portal seven (7) Working Days, or more depending on the Registry Policy, prior to the Domain Name expiration date. If the transfer request is submitted after this period, the Customer shall extend the Domain Name registration period by at least the minimum term allowed by the Registry, prior to being entitled to submit a new transfer request for such Domain Name. The Customer acknowledges that depending on the Extension considered, the transfer of the Domain Name to another Registrar may be forbidden for a given period of time following the registration date of the Domain Name by the Registry. This period is of sixty (60) days for all Domain Names registered under a gTLD Extension and vary from one ccTLD Extension to another. It is the Customers sole responsibility to acquaint themselves with the Registry Policy and more generally with all applicable Policies before placing their order. The Customer further expressly accepts that any transfer out request will only be accepted after the payment of all unpaid invoices including all transfer fees which may apply. In case the Customer's account with Namespace presents a negative balance, Namespace will be entitled to prevent any Domain Name transfer by applying all applicable technical measures, including but not limited to, the locking of the applicable Domain Name.

Registrar agrees to pay in US currency; the non-refundable amount set forth in the table below, per domain name that is transferred to Registrar from another ICANN-Accredited Registrar, or such other amount as may be established in accordance with Section 4 above. US $25.00 1 Year Registration Term Transfer Fee (Per .buzz TLD) Where the sponsorship of a domain name is transferred from an ICANN-Accredited Registrar to another ICANN-Accredited Registrar, other than an ICANN approved bulk transfer, Registry Operator may require the registrar receiving the sponsorship to request a renewal of one year for the name. In connection with that extension, Registry Operator may charge a Renewal Fee for the requested extension as provided in the renewal schedule set forth above. The transfer shall result in an extension according to the renewal request, subject to a ten (10) year maximum on the future term of any domain-name registration. The Renewal Fee shall be paid in full at the time of the transfer by the ICANN-Accredited Registrar receiving sponsorship of the domain name. For a bulk transfer approved by ICANN, Registry Operator will charge the gaining registrar US $0 (for transfers of 50,000 names or fewer) or US$50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names).

Domain Name Transfer. The Sellers shall take, or cause to be taken, all actions necessary at the Sellers’ expense to transfer the registration for the domain name xxxxxxx.xxx from Arif Emre Taş to the Purchased Company as promptly as practicable but in no event later than five (5) days after the First Closing Date.
