Domain Ownership. PG&E domain ownership can be purchased or assigned for any website or digital property. In some cases, PG&E will allow the 3P to obtain the domain ownership. ADA Compliance. Any new website or digital content must adhere to PG&E’s accessibility standard of WCAG 2.0 AA. To demonstrate compliance, content must be tested and achieve an accessibility score greater than or equal to 85%, with no severe A or AA violations. The 3P must contact PG&E’s Marketing Review to schedule accessibility testing. PG&E uses a contracted 3rd party to perform the accessibility testing. Typically, this test uses a 3-part process: • Technical Conformance (automated) • Technical Conformance (manual) • Functional Usability specific to accessibility Responsive Design. Many PG&E customers access websites on mobile devices and therefore digital content must be responsive to adjust content automatically for optimal display no matter what the screen size.

Should you already own or control, directly or indirectly, a domain containing a Prohibited Word ETX reserves the right to require that you immediately transfer ownership of the domain or make such modifications to the domain as ETX, in its sole discretion, reasonably requires.

Domain Ownership. LGC personnel will assist the customer in the research and development of a domain name, and can assist in the purchase and subscription of the name. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to procure and maintain the subscription of the name. The customer needs to keep sufficient records to ensure that the domain name subscription is renewed before expiration.

Where a Cloud Product requires Customer to specify a domain (such as xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx) for the Cloud Product’s or a feature’s operation, Atlassian may verify that Customer or an Affiliate owns or controls that domain. Atlassian has no obligation to provide that Cloud Product or feature if Atlassian cannot verify that Customer or an Affiliate owns or controls the domain. Product administrators appointed by Customer may also take over management of accounts previously registered using an email address belonging to Customer’s domain, which become “managed accounts” (or similar term), as described in the Documentation.
Domain Ownership. 27.1 Without our express written consent, you may not own or purchase any domain that includes the words Traders Trust, or any variation thereon, including, but not limited to, you may not own or purchase any domain that includes the words Traders Trust, Traders-Trust, TradersTrust, etc…, in any format or form.
