DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION. A tenant who has a reasonable apprehension of present danger to him or her or his or her child from domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking may have special statutory rights to seek a release of rental obligation under MCL 554.601b. TRUTH IN RENTING ACT. Michigan law establishes rights and obligations for parties to rental agreements. This agreement is required to comply with the Truth in Renting Act.   • Domestic Violence 29.01 The Employer and the Union agree that all Employees have the right to be free from domestic violence. Domestic violence, which may involve physical or psychological violence, stalking or economic abuse against a current or former intimate partner, is a widespread societal problem which must be prevented.

  • Streamcourse Protection “Streamcourses” that are subject to provisions of this Section are shown on Sale Area Map. Unless otherwise agreed, the following measures shall be observed to protect Streamcourses:

  • Foot Protection The Employer reserves the right to require the wearing of foot protection by employees. In such cases, the Employer will provide a safety device or, if the Employer requires the employee to purchase approved safety shoes, the Employer will pay an allowance, not to exceed the established contract price approved by the State Purchasing Division, during January of each year.
