Common use of Donor Clause in Contracts

Donor. Donor means an eligible employee who transfers his or her paid leave to an account maintained for the benefit of an eligible recipient. A donor may transfer up to a maximum of forty hours of paid leave to each Supplemental Sick Leave Account.
