Common use of Dossier Clause in Contracts

Dossier. i) The referees shall be directed to evaluate separately the candidate’s Research and Teaching with respect to whether the candidate has attained an established record of excellence, or whether the candidate has attained an established record of continuing high quality, or whether the candidate has fallen short of establishing a record of continuing high quality. Referees shall not be asked to make a recommendation either for or against promotion.
