Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.
Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually to maintain standards of safety and health in the Hospital in order to prevent accidents, injury, and illness. ected or Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative sel appointed by the Union from amongst Bargaining Unit employees.
