Included with the above listed items is the installation of all necessary hardware, trim, molding, caulk, mastic, gaskets and putty to properly complete the installation. In the event the EMPLOYER exclusively assigns work under this Agreement to the COUNCIL, the COUNCIL shall be notified of such assignment within sixty (60) days, or as soon as practical of the commencement of such assignment. In turn, the COUNCIL shall assure the EMPLOYER that other trades shall not interfere with such assignment. In the event an adjustment in such an assignment results in requiring the EMPLOYER to adjust the assignment by employing a composite crew, the EMPLOYER shall receive work rule considerations in order to compensate for increased labor costs. In case of composite crews, Glaziers will permit other trades who are members of a composite crew to perform all required work on the job. However, the setting of glass shall be the exclusive right of the xxxxxxx.
Railings. Dust handrails, stair stringers, risers and railings; wash as necessary.
Railings. The pulpit rails of the boats shall be made of SS 316 grade SS 316 grab rails of at least 2.5” protruding about 6” from the body of the boat shall be provided in the inside and outside of the entry/exit both on the port and starboard side of the boat. The grab rails may be terminated 2 feet above the deck level.
Railings. Deck edge railing shall be provided around the entire deck perimeter. The railing shall be three tier, with maximum spacing between the tiers of 9 inches, 15 inches and 15 inches in accordance with EM385-1-1. Note that the lowest tier of railing can be omitted in way of deck fittings per EM385-1-1. The deck edge railing shall incorporate two entrance swing sections, 36 inches in clear width, one each port and starboard near the xxxxx.
Railings. A standard railing used to protect employees from falls shall consist of top rail, intermediate rail, toe board, and posts, and have a vertical height of 42 inches from upper surface of top rail to the floor, platform etc. • The top of a railing shall be smooth-surfaced, with strength to withstand at least 200 pounds. The intermediate rail shall be approximately halfway between the top rail and floor. • A stair railing shall be of construction similar to a standard railing, but the vertical height shall be no more than 34 inches, or less than 30 inches from upper surface of top rail to surface of tread in line with face or riser at forward edge of tread.
Railings. Detail will show typical panel and post arrangement giving details of post and panel steel sizes, height above ground/wall embedded post depth, ground centres, post centres, vertical bar spacings and end gaps at post.
Railings. In accordance with EM 385-1-1, a Type C, 5 tier non-tensioned railing system shall be provided around the perimeter of the main deck as shown on the contract drawings. All stanchions shall be removable. Each stanchion shall be pinned to a socket above the deck. All chain shall be hot dipped galvanized and the hardware shall be stainless steel. The pins and retainers for the stanchions shall be stainless steel. On top of the deckhouses a Type A two tier rigid handrail system with toeboard shall be provided around the perimeter as shown on the contract drawings. In way of the ladder opening two safety chains shall be installed. All chain shall be hot dipped galvanized and the hardware shall be stainless steel.
Railings. Interior staircase railing: Railings hall be of M.S. structure and wooden handrail or as directed by architect. The M.S. structure will be finished off with 2 coats of oil paint over primer and the handrail will be polished.
Railings. Railings shall be designed to provide a continuous, snag-free alignment along the bridge’s edge of roadway. Additionally they shall transition smoothly to a ground mounted railing system eventually terminating as directed or planned by the Owner, unless otherwise stipulated in the Agreement. The railing system shall be designed to meet the dimensional requirements of the Design Specification and to resist vehicular impact loads in accordance with the Design Specification: TL1 (AASHTO LRFD) TL2 (AASHTO LRFD) TL3 (AASHTO LRFD) TL4 (AASHTO LRFD) 10 xxx (AASHTO Std. Spec.) Other: Bicycle and pedestrian rails for sidewalks shall be designed for the dimensional and load requirements of the selected Design Specification.
Railings. The height of rail or bulwark above the deck is about 1100 mm around the hull.
