Downlink. The narrowband downlink signal is sent by the NCC, through the pager transmitters, and is addressed to a specific Mobile Unit. The downlink transmits commands which trigger the Mobile Unit to do one or more of the following: o Transmit a positioning signal called the Location/Response link. o Check the sensors and transmit their status through the Response link. o Optional activate a function in the vehicle (e.g. turn off the engine, switch on the alarm, lock/unlock doors etc.). o Display an alphanumeric message on the mobile unit's optional LCD screen.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Cellular Phone Employer shall provide Employee with a cellular phone for his use in performing his responsibilities with Employer. In the alternative, Employer shall pay Employee’s cellular phone expense.
