DP’s Representatives. 1.7.2.1 DP designates (To be determined on a per Project Scope basis and identified in the Project Authorization letter) as its Senior Representative (“DP’s Senior Representative”), which individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in this Agreement, including the authority and responsibility for avoiding and resolving disputes under Article 10.
