Draft Final Conceptual Design Plan. The Design-Builder will develop a draft final conceptual plan and cost estimate informed by the comments obtained throughout the program verification and concept design process. Submit the draft final conceptual site plan/response and cost estimate to DGS for review before presenting it to the public. The Design-Builder will make any appropriate modifications prior to presenting the concepts to the public.
