Drainage Maintenance. Special attention should be directed to the maintenance of drainage structures. These structures are extremely important in protecting the trail from erosion. If they are not maintained properly, the trail will be prone to erosion, and may become unsafe for public use and require extensive amounts of labor to repair. Drainage maintenance structures include culverts and their inlet and outlet structures, berms, and retention basins. The consultant will monitor the drainage system and provide recommendations to the City. The drainage maintenance will be performed by the City as required with the assistance of the consultant.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances. Any such maintenance will be considered an “Emergency Maintenance”. All Service SLAs will apply during Emergency Maintenance.
