Drainage of surface water. On land reclamation / disposal sites shall not affect the natural drainage of surface water of the surrounding land. All costs relating to the control and regulation of surface water drainage, or the adoption of measures or methods to ensure continued surface water drainage, are deemed to be included in the Contractor's rates and prices.
