Common use of Drains Clause in Contracts

Drains. You must not cause any blockage to the drains, gutters and pipes of the premises and clear and clean the drains in baths, showers and sinks as frequently as required to keep them unblocked of hair or other waste; you must also remove and clean the shower trap and any hair that may be clogging it regularly. If the drains become blocked during the tenancy and we are required to clear them then you will be responsible for any costs, expenses or other liabilities incurred on a full indemnity basis.
