DRESSING ROOMS. Minimum sanitary facilities shall be: (a) One dressing room for men. (b) One dressing room for women. (c) Adequate wash basins, with adequate hot and cold water, not custodial sinks. (d) 30 inches of dressing table space with chairs and mirrors near for each Actor. (e) All dressing rooms shall have adequate lights, mirrors at least one foot by two feet in dimension, shelves and wardrobe hooks for Actors' make-up and dressing equipment, and clothing racks or their equivalent with hangers for the Actors' personal clothes. (f) Use of fluorescent lights for make-up purposes is prohibited unless the fluorescent lighting is specifically warranted by the manufacturer to be for theatrical make-up purposes. (g) All dressing rooms must be properly heated or air-conditioned as necessary. Each dressing room must be equipped with an air-conditioning system, air-cooling system, or some similar type of mechanical device. Every effort will be made to keep rooms at a comfortable and healthful temperature by the time of the Actors’ call. Heating and air- conditioning systems shall be properly maintained in good working condition, and cleaned as necessary to insure proper ventilation and the circulation of air. Producer shall use best efforts to supply these devices immediately upon notification from Equity. Should the Producer fail to take steps to provide adequate mechanical devices within 48 hours of notification from Equity, the Actor, Equity consenting, shall not be required to remain at the theatre. Ventilation of dressing rooms shall meet the standards set by the municipal health codes. (h) All dressing rooms shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Rooms must be cleaned at least once each working day. Floors shall be washed or vacuumed at least once each week. (i) Each Actor shall use best efforts to keep Actor's own dressing room and/or area clean and shall not leave any open food containers in dressing rooms or anywhere in the theatre. (j) Dressing rooms shall be painted and maintained as necessary. Peeling paint and loose plaster shall be repaired upon written notification by Equity as soon as practicable.

DRESSING ROOMS. Minimum sanitary facilities (A) Separate dressing rooms for male and female Artists will be provided, and these rooms and the stage will be cleaned and properly heated. During performances, assigned dressing rooms shall be:
(a) One be maintained for the exclusive use of Artists. At times other than during performances when the Artists’ use of the assigned dressing room is not possible, the Stage Manager shall be notified in writing twenty-four (24) hours in advance. In such a circumstance, the Theatre shall provide a secure storage space for menthe Artists’ personal effects.
(bB) One dressing room for women.
(c) Adequate wash basins, with adequate hot and cold water, not custodial sinks.
(d) 30 inches of dressing table space with chairs and mirrors near for each Actor.

A sink with hot and cold running water shall be available in, or reasonably convenient to, the dressing equipment, and clothing racks or their equivalent with hangers for the Actors' personal clothesrooms.
(fC) Use of fluorescent lights for make-up purposes If the auditorium is prohibited unless the fluorescent lighting is specifically warranted by the manufacturer to be for theatrical make-up purposes.
(g) All air conditioned, all dressing rooms must be properly heated or air-conditioned as necessary. Each dressing room must be equipped with an air-conditioning system, air-cooling system, or some similar type of mechanical device. Every effort will be made to keep rooms at a comfortable and healthful temperature by the time of the Actors’ call. Heating and air- conditioning systems shall be properly maintained air conditioned. If the auditorium is not air conditioned, the Theatre shall provide mechanical devices (Canadian Standards Association approved) in good working condition, and cleaned as necessary dressing rooms to insure ensure proper ventilation and the circulation of fresh cool air. Producer shall use best efforts to supply these devices immediately upon notification from Equity. Should the Producer fail to take steps to provide adequate mechanical devices within 48 hours of notification from EquitySimilarly, in cold or cool weather, the ActorTheatre shall provide devices (Canadian Standards Association approved) in dressing rooms where heating is deficient, Equity consentingto ensure the maintenance of a comfortable temperature.
(D) Toilets and sinks will be clean and sanitary, and will be separate facilities from those provided for the audience. They must be maintained in good working order at all times, and shall be provided with toilet paper, soap and towels. (See Clause 2104 regarding body make-up.)
(E) In all open-air and tent theatres, the Theatre shall make available covered rehearsal space meeting the requirements of this Clause.
(A) During the course of a performance the Artist may not be required to remain at go outside the theatretheatre building. Ventilation of Runways between dressing rooms and the theatre shall meet the standards set by the municipal health codesbe covered and paved or boarded.
(hB) All dressing rooms Access to stage doors of the theatre shall be maintained in a clean safe, clean, and sanitary condition. Rooms must be cleaned at least once each working day. Floors shall be washed or vacuumed at least once each weekproperly lighted.
(iC) Each Actor shall use best efforts to keep Actor's own dressing room and/or area clean and shall not leave any open food containers in dressing rooms or anywhere in the theatre.
(j) Dressing rooms In all arena theatres, there shall be painted no riser which is not part of the set placed between the runway and maintained as necessary. Peeling paint and loose plaster shall be repaired upon written notification by Equity as soon as practicablethe stage, unless a ramp or other levelling device is provided.
