Props. When an Artist agrees to provide a prop for use in a production the negotiated rental fee (which cannot be zero), and insurance coverage/replacement cost shall be included in a rider to the Artist’s contract.
Props. Employer shall exercise care, including prior testing of equipment (breakaway props, etc.) during rehearsals to avoid injury to the Performer.
Props. ALL items/props “attached” to pots MUST be for sale with those pots, NO EXCEPTIONS ie. Chopsticks in noodle bowls, knives on cheese trays, brushes in paint palettes, candles in luminaries, yarn & knitting needles in yarn bowls, etc. We cannot collect these items at cash (we are not set up for that) and if left on your table it could look “junky” over time. It is recommended that utensils, etc. be attached in a secure manner If you want to indicate the use of items, but don’t want to sell the “attached” items with pots as required above, please consider display photos with the items that show use. Again, any items used for display that are not for sale are brought at your own risk – cashiers will sell them with the pots. We are not set up to be able to remove and store these items at the sales tables.
Props. You may incorporate the Props in the Productions and may Use the Props in any manner in the Productions in all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe, and in advertising and publicity. The Props may be Used in conjunction with the actual visual and/or sound effects of the Props or any other visual and/or sound effects. You are not obligated to Use the Props.
Props. Props need to be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the dance floor. All props must have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor or rolling wheels. Renters may NEVER leave any equipment, costumes, props or personal belongings anywhere in the studio, hallway, bathroom, or back rooms. Renters agree not make copies or share the studio key with any other person and will return the key upon completion of rental period.
Props. Producer is hereby renting certain props from Gimme Props to use in connection with the Production (collectively the “Props”), which Props are more specifically described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Props. You may incorporate the Equipment as props in the Productions and may use the Equipment in any manner in the Productions in all media, whether now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe, and in advertising and publicity. The Equipment may be used in conjunction with the actual visual and/or sound effects of the Equipment or any other visual and/or sound effects. You are not obligated to use the Equipment.

Props. 7.1. (Provision of props) Xxx may provide props and other materials to be used in the Project which at all times shall be owned by Xxx. A hire fee for such use of Xxx’s props on the Project may be charged to the client as part of the Fees as specified in the Quote.
7.2. (Purchase of props) Xxx may purchase props on behalf of the Client for use in the Project. Costs to purchase such props will be included in the Fees as specified in the Quote. Purchased props shall be deemed the property of the Client at all times and Xxx will transfer possession to the Client upon the completion of the Services.
Props. Any props used during the shoot must be removed and the area made good The production company will be required to provide proof of public liability insurance to the sum of £5million.
