Drowning or Suffocation Sample Clauses

Drowning or Suffocation. Accidental bodily Injury sustained as a result of drowning or suffocation by poisonous fumes, gas or smoke will be covered under the terms of this Policy provided that such Injury did not arise out of or in connection with the Insured Traveller’s own wilful or intentional act.
