DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING. 1. An employee may be requested to submit to a drug and/or alcohol test when his/her department head has reasonable suspicion that an employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on the job or subject to being called. 2. Follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing related to rehabilitation (see Rehabilitation) may also be required.
