Common use of DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST Clause in Contracts

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST. The compulsory production and submission of urine, breath or blood by an employee in accordance with procedures contained herein for chemical analysis to detect prohibited drug and/or alcohol use.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST.
