Drug List Services. Claim Administrator utilizes its own Drug List and Prime supports Claim Administrator in the development, maintenance and updating of such Drug List. Prime performs Drug List exception reviews in accordance with the agreement between Prime and Claim Administrator. Prime provides Drug List management services, in accordance with NCQA and URAC standards, to Claim Administrator in supporting Claim Administrator Pharmacy and Therapeutics (“P&T”) and Business Committees. Employer acknowledges and agrees that Claim Administrator may, in a manner consistent with the Benefit Plan, promote the dispensing of pharmaceuticals in a manner consistent with the designated Drug List selected by Employer.
