DRYDOCKING. The Lessee shall procure that the Ship is drydocked as often as may be required to ensure that the Ship maintains its classification with its Classification Society and otherwise in accordance with good commercial practice. If the Lessee fails to comply with the requirements of the relevant Classification Society, the Lessor shall have the right to inspect the Ship in accordance with clause 10.14. If so requested by the Lessor, the Lessee shall give the Lessor reasonable prior written notice of any intended drydocking of the Ship.
