DTC Clearance Sample Clauses

DTC Clearance. The Company will use its commercially reasonable best efforts to cause the Securities to continue to be eligible for clearance through DTC.

DTC Clearance. The Company will use all reasonable efforts in cooperation with the Underwriters to permit the Notes to be eligible for clearance and settlement through The Depository Trust Company.
