DUAL ENROLLMENT ARTICULATION AGREEMENT. The Articulation Committee that has negotiated/drafted the agreement include: Levy County School District members: Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Superintendent; Xxxx Xxxx, Assistant Superintendent;,; Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, High School Guidance and Testing Coordinator, Chiefland Middle High School; Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Graduation Coach Chiefland Middle High School; Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Coordinator of Career Pathways; Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent ; Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director of MIS/Technology; Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Director of Accountability/ Title IX Coordinator; Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Director of Curriculum; and Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Principal, Williston Middle High School. College of Central Florida (CF) members: Xxxxxxx XxXxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx - Xxxx Campus; Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Dual Enrollment Coordinator; Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Director of Enrollment Services; Xxxx Xxxxxx, Manager of Instructional Services, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Educational Advisor – Levy Campus. The Committee meets annually in the spring to go over the current year's articulation agreements and discuss changes that are required due to changes in statute or rule and any changes desired by either the school district or the college. A draft document is prepared by college personnel and sent to all members of the Committee for additional changes or approval. Once the document is in its final draft, copies are sent to the school districts to take to their School Boards for approval and signatures. Once approved and signed, copies are sent to CF to be reviewed, approved and signed by the Board of Trustees. Signed hard copies are mailed to the school district personnel. The Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement is completed annually and submitted to the Department of Education by CF by August 1 of each year.

Neither failure nor delay on the part of any Party in exercising any right, power, or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver of such right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or privilege preclude any further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

  • Termination This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:

  • NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.

  • Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
