By August. 31 of each academic year, the District shall provide each Unit Member with a full accounting of accrued sick leave.
By August. 31 of each school year, and upon reasonable request, the District shall provide in electronic form to the Union the names, addresses, telephone numbers, email address, birthdate, not including the year of birth, full time equivalency (FTE) status, worksite location and assignment of all bargaining unit members employed. On negotiation years or upon reasonable request, the District shall provide the Union with a current bargaining unit list. Such requests shall be filled within five (5) days.
By August. 31 of each school year, each part-time teacher shall be issued a statement of the number of equivalent full-time teaching days taught during the previous school year upon written request by May 31.
By August. 31, 2007, the Recipient shall: (i) consolidate government financing schemes for rural roads financed by its own resources into one budget head; and (ii) cause each DDC to create a consolidated “road sector budget” heading in its District Development Fund.
By August. 1 of each year, a substitute teacher shall be issued a statement of the number of days taught during the past school year.
By August. 15 of the relevant academic year, the University shall provide HotSpot with a preliminary list of Full-time and Part-time Student identification numbers for the respective upcoming academic year. Furthermore, the University shall inform the City of the projected numbers of the said list for the respective upcoming academic year.
By August. 15, staffing allocations and student schedules may need revision based upon shifting enrollments or State funding decisions and their impact on SFUSD; the Union shall be kept informed of the major developments related to these late funding decisions by the State. Upon the written request of either party following the budget adopted by the State, the parties shall meet and consult regarding possible changes in the staffing allocation ratios for the coming school year in conjunc- tion with negotiations on any unresolved cost items.

By August. 1st, the District will provide each unit member with their final leave report for the previous fiscal year. It is the responsibility of the unit member to report any discrepancies in that report by September 1st or the record will be considered correct.
By August. 22, 2018, the District shall provide training to all District administrators, faculty and staff involved in its homebound process and/or Section 504 or special education processes, regarding the new procedures developed in accordance with this Agreement and Section 504’s requirement that students with disabilities and students suspected of having a disability receive individualized assessments for all placement decisions in compliance with 34 C.F.R. §§ 104.34, 104.35, and 104.36, including the provision of homebound services.
