District Personnel. “District personnel” shall mean all paid employees, interns and unpaid volunteers, and independent contractors of the District and, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, includes the District Defender.
District Personnel. ▪ Perform all physical exams of district employees as requested. ▪ Provide referrals as requested to other medical or clinical specialists. ▪ Consult and advise the district on physical, mental or other health related questions regarding individual employees including appropriate diagnostic exam, procedures, and tests. ▪ Act as liaison as requested between the district and employees physicians. ▪ Be readily available by phone or email to respond immediately to emergency or urgent medical issues.
District Personnel. Testing Team. District will make certain of its employees and contractors available to participate in the Testing Program at District Schools as members of Seattle Children's Testing Team (defined below). As described in Section 2.d of this Agreement, all District personnel who participate in the Testing Program as members of the Testing Team will receive appropriate training from Seattle Children's, and will be monitored and overseen by Seattle Children's.
District Personnel. DISTRICT shall be responsible for the hiring and discharging of personnel employed by DISTRICT to perform its obligations hereunder. Disputes or controversies regarding discipline involving drivers, pupils, or employees of CHARTER SCHOOL or DISTRICT, or contractors, hereto arising out of the performance of this Agreement, which cannot be resolved will be referred to the Superintendent of the DISTRICT and Director of the CHARTER SCHOOL for resolution.
District Personnel. The Executive Director and all other District personnel shall be employees of the District. The District shall employ supervisory and operations staff, as approved in each annual budget. Salaries and benefits of all such personnel shall be approved by the Board of Directors. The District may also retain its own counsel. Preference in hiring shall be extended to those persons previously employed by the 911 dispatch centers in any of the Participating Communities such that preference shall be given to such a qualified prior employee over other qualified applicants. The aggregate staffing level of the District and RECC may be set at a number of employees that is no less than cumulative total of those persons employed by the Participating Communities existing 911 dispatch centers as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Participating Communities shall use best efforts and will work cooperatively to 017 assist each other in placement services for current public safety employees who may not become employees of the District. For purposes of implementing the provisions of this paragraph 16, each Participating Community shall prepare a complete roster of all such public safety employees and identify, with respect to each employee, whether the employee is full or part time.
District Personnel. No officer, agent, consultant or employee of the district shall be permitted any interest in the Contract.
District Personnel. The District’s primary contact for the Provider shall be Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Associates, Ltd. (“Xxxxx”).
District Personnel. District will provide the support staff identified in the Service Plan. Such personnel may: (i) assist families with scheduling appointments; (ii) enroll Eligible Students in public health benefit programs; (iii) provide general clerical support to Client in its performance of Services; and (iv) perform other duties as set out in the Service Plan. District will be the exclusive employer of such personnel.
District Personnel. An employee of the Board must be on duty whenever a school building is used by an organization or group unless prior approval for other arrangements has been granted. Lessee shall employ, through the Phoenix Union High School District and at the Lessee’s expense, security, custodial, and other personnel as required and approved by the District. The District shall pay all wages earned by any on-duty District employees working during a lease. The District shall collect the funds to pay District employees from the Lessee as out-of-pocket personnel costs in accordance with the District’s School Facilities User Fees. No District employee will receive payment directly from a Lessee, with the exception of Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) post-season playoff games with a permit.
District Personnel. 1) All other supervisory and non-supervisory food service employees shall be FSMC’s employees. As District employees leave or retire, they will be replaced with FSMC employees. Such employees shall be supervised on District’s behalf by FSMC’s management employees.
2) District shall maintain accurate and detailed records of District personnel and other payroll costs or employees assigned to the Food Service Department, and shall grant FSMC access, during regular business hours, to such books and records.
