Common use of Dual Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Dual Enrollment. The Board in its sole discretion may enter into agreements with other boards of education, educational institutions, or other educational providers for joint cooperative, dual enrollment, or other instructional programs in order to offer programming beyond the current curriculum. However, no bargaining unit member will be suspended or lose their position (reduction in force) as a result of this provision.
