Dues Deduction Indemnification. The Employees and the Union hereby indemnify the Hospitals and hold them harmless against any and all suits, claims demands and liability that may arise out of or by any reason of any action that shall be taken by the Employees or the Union in connection with said deduction of dues and LEAP contributions.
